Pros
A lot of travel Interesting coworkers
Cons
A ton of work with not nearly enough pay-- title was "associate producer" but the work was of a senior or executive producer HR is in Spain, and if you're in the US they take days or weeks to respond and when they do it's highly impersonal. You feel more like you're speaking with customer service than HR They try to do everything as cheaply as humanly possible. My job was often negotiating with vendors to do work dirt cheap, with absolutely no care for the quality The higher ups are pretty disrespectful and unsupportive-- I had to ask my manager multiple times to actually have a 1:1 with me within the first month of work there I had requested religious holidays off from my manager (3 months in advance) and she informed me it wasn't possible because it "coincides with an opening night". Had to run this request up through HR for them to realize it actually wasn't legal for them to ask that of me.
