Pros
The pay is not great at all, especially considering the amount of stress and the bullying from the so-called "managers"(aka for clowns) but at least it is always on time into your bank account
Cons
I thought I could save the at the Payroll about this joke company but disappointment is endless. I started a new job (in a true professional good working environment) and I noticed my first payslips were overtaxed. After investigation with HMRC, they told me my last payslip from Firstsource was a tax refund. The refunded me tax, no reason why therefore I went undertaxed. WHat's the reason for it? Also, it took me ages to get my P45. Poor and helpless! Thank God I'm outta it
