We are sorry to hear that the role didn’t quite live up to your expectations and that our management style wasn’t right for you. We strive to provide clarity about the role, the call centre environment, shift structure etc. as part of our recruitment and selection process, and our managers work hard to provide the support, guidance, and coaching required by everyone in their team.
