Pros

Pay (for me, but I can't say the same for others)

Cons

Wayyyyyyy below market in pay in most roles. Company tells you to do things without giving any context or reasoning. Company is so concerned about attrition, pressuring teams to find ways to reduce, but the main reason people leave is because the pay does not match up to the job responsibilities. Company refuses to pay an acceptable salary and gives 2% or less raises each year (if you're lucky).

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
