We are offering flexible work arrangements, encouraging the use of time off, and providing resources to support mental and physical well-being. We have encouraged more open communication between management and teams. This includes regular meetings, town halls, and suggestion boxes where employees can voice their opinions and ideas directly to leadership.
We’ve established clear and standardized management practices across the organization to ensure consistency in how teams are led. This includes uniform guidelines for decision-making, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
