Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us feedback. We have implemented several initiatives aimed at enhancing leadership effectiveness and support within the organization. We introduced management training programs that focus on developing essential skills such as communication, conflict resolution, and team management. Regular feedback sessions have been established to encourage open dialogue between employees and managers, allowing for more constructive conversations about challenges and expectations. We conducted a comprehensive review of the existing policy to identify areas for improvement and have since established clear guidelines that outline the criteria for hiring, performance evaluations, and termination processes. We implemented standardized interview procedures to ensure consistency and fairness in the hiring process, as well as training for hiring managers on best practices. By focusing on these improvements, we aim to create a more stable and trustworthy work environment where employees feel secure and valued throughout their tenure with the company. We conduct thorough assessment of existing technology to identify areas that required modernization and prioritized the implementation of new software and hardware that align with industry standards. Training sessions were organized to help employees familiarize themselves with the latest tools and maximize their capabilities.

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
