      Team Spirit, Passion, Good Communication, Parity, clear career path, strong leadership. good employee welfare. We have a lot of part time activities.

      Cons

      Too small in mainland China. Salary is quite low at metropolis like Beijing, Shanghai. I hope more job opportunities can be set up in China
