You are micro managed and there is no real sense of empowerment! Within their Corporate IT Shared Services Unit it is an absolute mess! They can not figure things out and stay straight on a strategic mission for more than 6 months. A behemoth like GE can not turn on a dime. GE moving to the cloud and their Predix Platform is a big joke and they are wasting tons of money on it!
