      Unlimited leave time with manager approval. 10 weeks paid parental leave. Good bosses so far. Flexible work hours. Work/life balance is valued.

      Cons

      The overall business hasn’t been great and compensation has been largely stagnant. Medical plan deductible is very steep for how much premium you pay.
