Pros
great brand, good culture - i thought the communication was good at the time, particularly the cfo's quarterly report cards, although those ended after several consecutive quarters of negative comps - the employee discount is very solid, although it incents you to waste your paycheck on clothes you don't need!
Cons
business has been very challenging, in current environment could only get worse - many of the employees / leaders that had been there a long time were not very open to changing how they operate, and that has been a factor in their negative results relative to others like H&M
