      Many cohesions Sales targets are realistic

      Cons

      Store managers might use "scare tactics" such as surveillance Bonus was not given even though I have hit target - "Since you are leaving, we do not need to give you bonus as bonuses are for motivating people to stay"

      Pros

      Good gig as a student. Good team culture, flexible manager with schedules especially around exams, coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      Job requires you to be available both days of the weekend. Way too much of a push for credit cards towards people who've already expressed they don't want one.
