limited hours every week great place to work for young adults (16-25) everyone at my store was social and had a positive attitude (management and sales associates) you can dress how you want within reason seems like there is a lot of room for growth but may just be smoke in mirrors diversity and inclusion was important to hiring managers
Cons
limited hours every week disconnect between the company's mission and the store environment/feel unhealthy work environment constantly breathing in fibers from folding clothes lots of kneeling and bending over due to poorly designed displays overall lack of cohesion pushing for credit cards purposely hostile employment "tactics" that promote high turnover rates
