Reputable brand that cares about customers and employees Quality products Great benefits Clear expectations at every level, consistent processes and policies applied fairly to all which is a huge feat with such a large organization
Cons
Very large org Fiscally conservative with logistics areas which can be a benefit but huge disconnect between logistics and corporate employee offerings/programs Will give stretch assignments to help with growth but also can become overload quickly when future roles are dangled like carrots for long periods
