Pros
Fairly good benefits, but low pay.
Cons
Very little advancement opportunities. Instead of hiring within, as is one of their main mantras, the company hired a dozen ex-Verizon/T-Mobile supervisors. The company has also done a complete 180 on employee relations and essentially treats their workers as numbers now. Even being a top rated employee involved in many projects, along with literally the best metrics in the company at the time, a 25 cent/hr raise is insulting.
