Pros
Employee discount, benefits, and your co-workers (most) are good to work with. Supervisors Not so much!
Cons
Supervisors do not take escalated phone calls from Customers, they will expect for you to do your best. Even if they demand a supervisor they make you transfer to voicemail. They expect you to treat the Customer with loyalty and respect but yet they cannot treat their own employee's with a positive attitude! Pay is not worth what the job details intake. No advancements.
