Pros
Great to have conversations with clients and help them solve complex problems through deeper conversations. Good benefits and great vacation set up. Training is a little high level but could be better.
Cons
Too much focus on metrics even though what is being measured is often not an accurate representation. Have to drink Gartner kool-aide or it's a one way ticket out the door. Due to rapid growth some managers are inexperienced making it difficult to succeed.
