Pros
Decent base pay and excellent benefits. Great brand recognition. Opens doors at the top of the organization
Cons
Intense micromanagement. Had tremendous growth and achieved winners circle. Next year was flat and micromanagement and weekly inspection started. 50% of my team peers were either pushed out or quit when I started. Four years later 75% of peers left when I finally had enough. Key is to find another position after having a good performing year. Revolving door for account executives
