Pros
You can make decent money with great work life balance if you don't care about your soul. Benefits are incredible.
Cons
The customer does not matter - AT ALL. All that matters is sales and your are encourage to do any amount of lying or fear mongering to get it. One of their closing specialists summarized it perfectly "Every time a client opens their mouth I consider it an opportunity to upsell them." On top of the mandatory cold calling days and and mandatory weekly role plays this made for a brutal 'boiler room' culture.
