Work with some of the brightest, sharpest people on the planet. Support, professionalism, teamwork and many resources to support employees, especially sales. Competitive compensation, interesting people, and you get to feel like you are having a positive impact with clients.
Cons
Internal processes, plannings, strategy, reports can be very tedious and time consuming. Level of satisfaction often depends on direct area manager and how supportive and engaged they are. Very time consuming place where there is always more to do than you have time and energy for.
