      Pros

      Gartner provides a flexible working environment with a lot of personal freedom. Great opportunities to learn and grow with the company. Provides opportunities for entrepreneurial minded business developers as well as those focussing more on subject matter expertise. Truly a global company with good networking opportunities both internally and with the clients. I'm kind of running my own business with Gartner. It is great.

      Cons

      Requires a lot of personal discipline and ability to take responsibility. Work/life balance needs to be carefully managed since workloads and working locations vary.

      Pros

      - Great health benefits and salary - A few great colleagues - Talk a lot about inclusion but this has slowly been falling to the wayside - I have been struggling the write this for some time as I wish there were more positive things to say

      Cons

      - Leadership that does not see anyone or anything but themselves - The company has been imploding for a while lying to the public and the street - Killing off the research model has been the final decision that has made many decide to look elsewhere (including me) - Lay off after lay off has created a culture of fear
