      Pays well, The people alongside you are good.

      Cons

      Worst micromanagement culture. A lot of toxic, outdated and Old sales tactics like pulling up everyone’s numbers to see contributions and instead of commending efforts, asking people to explain to their peers why they’ve had a bad week. Sales targets are poorly managed and distributed. Not a great culture. It all comes from the top. Also the morale of the company and how they do business is bad, internally the business unit teams don’t talk, and they all hate each other. And clients hate working with them even more.

      Pros

      - Great health benefits and salary - A few great colleagues - Talk a lot about inclusion but this has slowly been falling to the wayside - I have been struggling the write this for some time as I wish there were more positive things to say

      Cons

      - Leadership that does not see anyone or anything but themselves - The company has been imploding for a while lying to the public and the street - Killing off the research model has been the final decision that has made many decide to look elsewhere (including me) - Lay off after lay off has created a culture of fear
