Pros
Good to start the career, the training is pretty good. You will learn things in a good way. Specially for the people who doesn't know ABC of technology they will learn a lot here. Genpact-Uppal campus is very beautiful. Friendly employees. Great company!
Cons
Promotions are not fair, lot of politics. The management will promote who they like. Lot of support to people who are closer to the management. HR people though very good, mostly support the higher ups rather than the lower level (even when the mistake is of higher level). Policies are implemented and twisted as per the requirement. Salaries are low.
