Poor salaries and no employees benefits. - Process Associate Genpact Employee Review

These are the downsides of working at Genpact : 1. Very poor salaries paid to process associates. The HR always try to settle employee for a less salary. 2. In the name of six sigma, employees are given bare minimum facilities. The employees have to pay for their food, snacks everything. Only water is free to drink in Genpact. Even small call centers provide free food, snacks and a lot more. 3. The employees have to pay for the transport on their own, again even small call centers give free pick up and drop facilities. 4. Even in the training period, the trainers did not even provide Notepads and pens from Genpact. We have to get them on our own.
