      Pros

      Be compliant, they will not do anything.whether you perform or not, you will never be ousted/thrown out,its like a sarkari company.come ,enjoy if you are happy with a meagre salary then become a machine. if you are not getting promoted after some years,say to your manager about your resignation,you will get promoted soon.

      Cons

      never marry while in genpact unless you have a good position/salary.
