We also understand your comments about salary and the 2023 redundancies. As you may be aware, in 2023, GoCardless implemented cost reduction plans to accelerate our path to profitability, which unfortunately resulted in a workforce reduction of approximately 15%. This was a difficult decision driven by the economic climate and a need to focus on core business areas. We are continuously reviewing our compensation structures to ensure they remain competitive and are committed to building a stable and growth-oriented future for GoCardless.
