Pros
Great support network. As an intern, you have the same responsabilities as your teammates. Also, there are numerous networking events that are fun and informative.
Cons
Extremely long hours. The work and life balance is extremely difficult to balance, even working in Salt Lake City. However, you become very close with your coworkers so we would celebrate Fridays after work.
