      Learn a lot in a short amount of time. Given a lot of responsibility and autonomy after summitting initial (Steep) learning curve. The people are fantastic, best I've ever worked with.

      Hours can be long, be sure to set boundaries Pay is okay

      New graduate friendly. There are a lot good learning opportunities and very nice people around.

      Cons

      Very fierce competition in VP level. Performance ranking and bonus allocation are not transparent (seems depends on if the MD like you)
