Too much turnover at GS; no mentorship or culture - Investment Banking Analyst Goldman Sachs Employee Review

Lots of turnover hence lack of mentorship or culture. My floor is silent and no one talks to each other or helps each other. We communicate only over email. And then on top of that you have to deal with work place politics in a cut throat environment. There is no rapport amongst our group.
