Pros
- very supportive team - good culture and good people -on going learning - plenty of room for growth within the company - good product/services that are always adapting - can be good commissions - team "sale" when presenting with DASMs to clients which can make clients feel more supported with a team
Cons
- very competitive market - not all demo presenters are very good - commissions breakdown can really suck if you have a tough month or two. The a 5900 sale commissions can very from 2,950 to 8,260 depending on how successful you are the month before which can be frustrating during holiday seasons etc - they have "pcs" accounts that the commissions are worth more than non-pcs but the system that grades businesses is not good. I have many PCS accounts that are out of business or not good places to sell to and non pcs businesses that are actually our ideal clients but get less commissions on it because of the structure - Benefits are pretty low, very small car stipend and home office stipend. -over promised first year salary expectations significantly with how competitive the market is - the poor google reviews can make it really challenging to get a sale
