Decent compensation. Good benefits. Some Flexibility in scheduling. A number of intelligent people in the company and comradeship among the frustrated sales people.
Cons
Scattered approach to products leading to wasting time on too many products. An emphasis on getting new accounts at the expense of taking care of growing existing clientele and growing the business organically. A lot of time wasted on numerous tracking of activity which seemed pointless.
