There simply isn't enough space to say how bad this company is to it's employees. Management has a plan of the week. Yelling is a big part of the managements way to deal with declining sales, outdated products and many other problems found internally. .Corporate office mistakes lead to many many problems for the sales staff. Incorrect billing is a particular nightmare. SEM support for customer is dismal. Sales staff are being fired weekly as the downward spiral continues. A new sales approach was tried and failed. Now the company, at least from the inside, seems to be in serious trouble. And sales people are losing large amounts of BASE pay for not meeting sales. Vacation time is cancelled at managers whim. Most of the management is still in the mindset of yellow page ads, and have no idea about current digital marketing. Yes they are trained, but it is not their default thinking. As a result, sales suffer. Run..... At this time...this job is a nightmare.
