      Pros

      I work about 30 hours a week and have great benefits. My coworkers and bosses are extremely supportive. There's a reason Hilton is a top workplace in all fortune 500 companies.

      If you are looking to make a lot of money or move up the corporate ladder quickly, this is not a great place to be

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
