Easy schedule-Great people to work with-Good Management.
Cons
NO INSURANCE. I am a full-time employee that has been slowly lowered into part-time hours. Franchised property, so very little opportunity to move ahead. Owners do not have a Revenue Manager, so this task has been added to my job So has social media updates. More responsibilities fall into my job description. I have no budget for gas, etc. to do the sales calls. No yearly bonus. Very small raises-No change in title-even though Im doing the jobs of 3 titles.
