Limited transparency in decision-making and a lack of follow-through when employees escalated workplace issues. Leadership turnover contributed to instability and inconsistencies in expectations, processes, and workplace culture. Serious concerns around communication and management responsiveness. Despite raising issues multiple times, I often felt unheard and unsupported.
