      Pros

      Growing company, good opportunities (if willing to move to Corp HQ) General respect for ideas, employees Good culture, good office atmosphere

      Cons

      Some senior management too focused on avoiding and assigning blame culture waning, at this point could go either way pay is obviously below market (and they will openly admit it) some areas of company are losing trust from employees - this a result of senior management attitudes, not the rank-and-file

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
