      - Stable, globally recognized brands - Ambitious international growth strategy - Friendly people from diverse backgrounds - Young org with opportunity to define roles and find new ways of doing things

      - There is no old way of doing things - the focus on redefining process and decision rights stifles creativity and strategic thinking in everyday work - Leadership fails to focus and communicate unified strategies causing everyone to work towards different objectives - Stressful environment where everyone seems overworked without results

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
