      Pros

      Only the benefits and the paid time off. Also the free food for lunch on a daily basis. Other than that, there is nothing good about this place.

      Cons

      Bad management, bad human resources that did nothing to solve problems, bad behavior from chef in kitchen, no opportunity for advancing your position, under-appreciation, underpaid for back breaking labor, messy employees who make each other's jobs difficult.

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
