Pros
gain experience in hospitality, lots of down time, friendly management, discounts at all Hilton brand hotels, employees in other departments are all friendly, can take time off whenever you want to. Pay is fair for the work you do.
Cons
hours aren't the best, employee meals aren't very good, can be tedious, there doesn't seem to be any real room for growth at this hotel. Shifts start either early in the morning or end late at night
