Pros

Legitimate work from home opportunity. You are allowed to build your own schedule within certain parameters. Excellent training program and free and reduced cost hotel stays. They even provide 401(k) benefits for part time employees. Good options for advancement.

Cons

If you have equipment malfunction or power outage you need to run into the main call center to make your shift. I found few cons during my time there. This was a part time opportunity to help pay the bills while I was searching for full time employment in my field.

Pros

Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

Cons

I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
