Pros
Meeting a great amount of diverse people all around the world, building a social network. Hilton had great benefits and easy access to better advancement (Of course meaning you might have to jump around from hotel to hotels).
Cons
The hotel is open 365 days and with no holiday pay. Job doesn't pay that well for all the responsibilities.
