      Pros

      Coworkers are great. Everyone is quite friendly. It is nice to stay at a beachfront hotel for free once in a while through the Hilton benefits. Beautiful property to work on as well.

      Cons

      In general the management is good, however when there is one "bad apple" it ruins everything. If you are mistreated by a manager, you cannot go to Human Resources because they are on the manager's side. You cannot go to your manager's manager because they are friends. So you must remain silent and just leave.

      Pros

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
