      Pros

      Great travel benefits and extensive training. Prides themselves on staying ahead of the customer when it comes to change. Overall great company to work for.

      Cons

      Travel benefits can be hard to use, but with planning they really can be used well. Some times the change is not realistic for certain properties.

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
