      succession planning through regular reviews and exposure and great international development opportunities due to expansion. High level of empowerment for line employees.

      Cons

      Fast turnover of management. Loss of focus on true team spirit. Properties especially in Europe reduce quality in terms of staffing levels and cluster positions. Too much stress for too little pay.
