      Pros

      I really appreciate the highly collaborative working culture and the high level of psychological safety. Great work-life balance. Lots of corporate events. Great office environment with a barista offering free high-quality coffee.

      Cons

      No in-house SDEs outside of the US and India, which requires us to rely on third-party vendors for any new product development. There is always a risk of pandemics like COVID-19.
