Pros
The majority of the time customers are very kind. Tips are decent as well on top of the salary that's above the standard. Coworkers are very kind too.
Cons
Scheduling is a little all over the place. Airline vouchers are given out to cancelled flights, so there are some times where you may get rushed with a lot of people at once.
