What makes me nervous as we push to this idea of becoming a platform, is the speed in which we do it. I've worked for companies where they thought the timing was right to add fuel to fire and as a result essentially spontaneously combusted because things needed to be ironed out internally first before truly thinking up hyper growth.
Also, transparency I think is becoming more of an issue. As an organization who preaches how transparent we are, I think this has become a little distant compared to years past for front line employees to the c-suite....even though we say we are transparent. January is shockingly not that far away and I think there is a ton of unknown still on a month to month basis.
