Focusing a lot on DI&B which is great(!!), however are not focusing sufficiently on the "minority" that is made up of people working away from home and family in countries where HubSpot happens to have legal entities. There is some improvement to be noticed over the last year, however still a long way to go. Many employees are leaving purely for that reason, which is heavily accelerated by the pandemic (the Iberia teams usually get hit hard by this inflexibility).
