Pros and Cons - Manager Hulu Employee Review

Everything changed with Disney, Hulu is not what it used to be. Disney execs who don't understand streaming took over, don't care anything but making current execs happy so org and goals change all the time employees are unhappy, execs gossip a lot and gaslight employees there are lots of favoritism constant lay offs make it stressful, then if you don't get laid off you take on the work of everyone who got laid off but pay doesn't change. no one knows what it takes to get promoted. Salaries are very low even for new hires. Best advice is not to work here. everyone is trying to leave
