      Pros

      Work from home opportunity to help strike balance is wonderful. PTO and 401k very generous! Awesome team and dedication to company values and service.

      Cons

      Current uncertainty due to upcoming Aetna Merger. Long hours and very high expectations. Health coverage is poor, but at least it's provided at a low cost.
