      Flexible, high pay, and good atmosphere. I like our benefits and the community activities. You can be grow personally and professionally

      Cons

      Who you know is important to get promoted. Some don't like our medical benefits but I do. Some departments need better training of supervisors.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
